What is Career Transition Management?

In the middle of your career, you want to change your job and/or moving to a new technology domain where your past experience is very helpful but not enough, you need some guidance to ensure smooth completion of your assignments or delivery. An expert from our company will be available on-demand to help you and work with you to resolve your issues arising due to being relatively new in the concerned technology domain.

Who engages us?

We have been working with employers and employees both. Our experience has been better when employer is involved. In that case, armed with legal contracts and no-disclosure agreements, we help the employees in real time, ensuring very smooth transition and on-boarding both for employers and employees.

But, in most of cases, it is the employee who contacts us. The employees in such cases are mostly in mid-career phase, between 10-15 years. Sometimes, we work staffing companies and HR agencies and guide their candidates. Generally, such cases involve candidates who are in the category of zero to five years of experience.

Who pays for it

The party who engages us - it could be an employer, an employee, some staffing company or an HR agency. The engagement generally lasts between two weeks to eight weeks. The assignment may start before the candidate starts working in his job and may last longer if the candidate is a fresher or very new to relevant technology domain.

The charge generally is a percentage of salary of the candidate involved. It could also be on per hour engagement basis.
